Professional Development Toolkit
The Tool Kit for Quality Professional Development addresses seven major areas related to planning, implementing, and evaluating high quality professional development. This work is based on the Arkansas Rules Governing Professional Development and the National Staff Development Council’s (NSDC) Standards for Staff Development.
Each chapter includes:

Articles from NSDC publications are the source of many of the tools in each chapter. There are also activities, self-assessments, and discussion protocols provided in the Tools section to help district and school staff learn about and make decisions concerning professional development.
